Overview
When 4rd Marketing Started with Pure Home they were paying over $40K a month to another agency that at the time claimed to have generated 11 leads for that amount. While the owner was obviously disappointed with that he knew the potential for marketing and embraced a similar approach with more accountability with 4rd Marketing.
Up until this point Pure Home had only dealt with large agencies or Angi Leads. Unfortunately, that meant they didn’t own any marketing assets or have control over their own lead flow.
Key Challenge
Pure Home’s challenge wasn’t budget, systems or team. They were already successful with Homeadvisor (aka Angi Leads) and simply wanted to grow. The biggest challenge was simply designing and implementing the marketing strategy that allowed them to control their own leads and lead flow.
Once the leads were flowing Pure Home realized that they needed systems to work the leads. Unlike Angi Leads which often resell the lead over and over again, leads from Facebook and other sources might take time to nurture. 4rd Marketing stepped in to build a custom CRM for them.
Result
The 2023 Campaign was a resounding success, with over 2,041 new leads generated from Facebook, Google and Bing. Pure Home help 177 home owners with their home projects. That’s 77 mold free homes, 67 new kitchens and 21 new bathrooms, and a few basements. Pure Home finished the year with over $3.3 Million dollars of revenue from the ads.
As of this writing in 2024 Pure Home is on track to do more than $5 Million in revenue from ads on Google and Facebook.
