It’s been a fun series of podcasts lately. Last week I got interview a growth hacker and this week I get to interview my friend and mentor, Dr. Rob McCleland.
Dr. Rob McCleland’s Bio
He’s led a college campus in Washington, DC, a Medical Foundation in the Silicon Valley, and an International nonprofit with hospitals and schools around the globe. John Maxwell recruited Rob to lead EQUIP Leadership, then he served as the founding president of the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation. Rob says, “I’m going to spend the rest of my life studying the research and making daily growth available to younger leaders.”
To that end, he recently launched LeaderTribe.com. You can read more about Dr. Rob’s exploits on his site’s about us page. He’s quite accomplished!
The 1 Thing That Can Grow Your Business Exponentially
Ok, it’s leadership. After helping businesses grow their leads for the last few years I’ve noticed that one thing we all could use. Help growing our leadership. It’s the one aspect of our life that can impact every facet of our life and relationships. However, if you look at the search volume on Google for leadership related topics, you’ll find that the search volume is very low! We need more leaders in this world. Leadership is not a talent, it’s a skill and this interview will shed some light on that.
Dr. Rob’s Story
Dr. Rob shares his story of a challenging (understatement) childhood and how it led him to Leadership studies at young age.
Dr. Rob’s Key To Leadership Growth.
You’ll have to listen to the podcast for this one! I don’t want to give it away. However, I love the story he tells about a Pastor that had to focus on results! That’s what all great companies do and it’s the best formula for accountability.
